Terms of Use for PDF Bolt

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of PDF Bolt, the mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The Service

PDF Bolt is an all-in-one PDF tool for Android. It lets you read, create, sign, annotate, organize, compress and convert PDF files, and scan documents. Almost all features work offline and process your files directly on your device. Your files are never uploaded to a server.

3. Your License and Acceptable Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your own lawful purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or modify the App, redistribute it, or use it in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of third parties.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The App is free to download and use. PDF Bolt Pro is an optional annual subscription that unlocks additional features such as OCR, PDF to Word, PDF to images, strong compression and ad-free use. Pro begins with a 3-day free trial.

Payments are handled by Google Play, whose terms govern every purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Google Play account. Trial eligibility and prices are shown in the App and are subject to Google Play availability.

5. Your Content

You keep all rights to the documents and files you process with the App. Because processing happens on your device, PDF Bolt does not store, copy, transmit or access your documents. You are responsible for the lawful use of any content you create, edit or share with the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, logos and trademarks belong to PDF Bolt or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any right in the App other than the license described above.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDF Bolt and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of data or documents, arising from your use of the App. You are advised to keep backups of important files.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
